Terms of Use
Last updated: June 16, 2026
These terms apply when you download or use Foodies on an Apple device. By using the app, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Foodies.
The app
Foodies lets you save personal recipes, organize them into categories, attach photos, and search through what you’ve added. The app stores that information on your device.
Your content
You own the recipes, photos, and notes you add to Foodies. You’re responsible for what you save in the app and for making sure you have the right to use any images you import from your photo library.
Acceptable use
Please use Foodies for personal recipe keeping. Don’t try to:
- Reverse engineer or tamper with the app in ways that break its normal behavior
- Use the app to distribute malware or illegal content
- Misrepresent the app or its developer
No warranty
Foodies is provided “as is”. We work to keep it stable and useful, but we can’t promise it will always be error-free or that your data will never be lost. Keep backups of anything important, especially before deleting the app or resetting your device.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Arturo Enriquez is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Foodies — including lost recipes or photos — beyond what Apple or applicable law may require.
Updates and changes
We may update Foodies over time. Some updates may add features, fix bugs, or change how parts of the app work. We may also update these terms; the date at the top will reflect the latest version.
Apple’s terms
Your use of Foodies is also subject to Apple’s App Store terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. Apple is not responsible for providing support for Foodies — that’s on us.
